Since I have publicly spoken about my diagnosis of hyperthyroidism. 🌟🌈🥰 I’ve been receiving many kind words, messages, supports and questions from all of you🌟🌈

Many people asked questions for their loved ones which its very sweet of you.

I wanted to make this post based on my personal experiences and what helped me. Totally understand that some agree and some have a strong view against essential oils, but based on my case, I found them very useful. ✨(If you wonder, I use Endoflex and Lavender) I also drink a lot of warm lemon water 🍋 and used to be very strict on my seaweeds and caffeine intakes🌟 I also insist on cardio though my weight remained the same because I am a big believer that exercise can make a person feel better and happier🌟

Of course some said if I never mentioned no one would ever notice I was ill. (That’s very kind of you🥰) But I wanted to share and encourage others who are experiencing or experienced hyperthyroidism to be brave and strong, because being emotionally fit and stable is our golden key! 🔐☺️

I use to think this is it, my life is going back to square one again, but I told myself to never ever give up. NEVER! Although I’m no longer on medications, but if one day “touch-wood” this comes back again, at least I know I’m not alone too❤️ Let’s continue to stay emotionally fit, strong and health together! ❤️💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 we all need this!
